    When I first got my 2020 Ram 1500 my Samsung S-21 worked great. It lost my contacts and now it will not download my phone book. The phone works OK otherwise making calls. Thanks, Brian in MI

    Both my wife and I cannot get the start, lock doors etc screen to come up on our phones. I know it is not an android issue because my Wife has an Apple Iphone. The only screen that comes up is the vehicle health screen and also when I try to open up something else we get the connectivity issue...

    Dash screen says "No stored messages"

    I just leased my Ram 1500 3 weeks ago. I really like my truck and am still learning its bells and whistles. I have attached a pic of the dash screen with this message that is stuck on it. How do I get back to the regular screen? Thanks, Brian in Mi

    Warm up time for Ram 1500 V6?

    I just leased a 2018 Ram 1500 with the V6 and like it very much. My only concern is that it seems to take an awful long time to warm up. What is the normal time it takes to get warm enough to get heat? Thanks, Brian
