    Yes, it is the lifters. Dealership looking more in depth tomorrow. It's still covered under the powertrain.

    Turns out it is a lifter issue. Dealership has it, and luckily still covered under the powertrain warranty. I appreciate all of the help guys. And Shawn, I believe you mispelled yours...hahaha!!

    It doesn't calm down at all once it reaches operating temp.

    I notice most of the sluggishness between 1k and 3k, I have to floor it to get any kind of acceleration.

    It seems as though my heat shields are loose. Would the broken manifold bolts cause issues with acceleration?

    Thanks, I'll look into that. It's a mid year truck I know for sure. Wouldn't that show up on a diagnostic test though? And or be causing misfire?
