    Keep an eye on the rear corners of your headliner after a few washes. Unless you beefed up the gasket on the new light you may get water in there. The OEM light gasket is always tighter.

    I ordered from Moe's and don't think he knew of the bracket. I'll make the phone call soon. So were your holes pre-drilled? Also, it looks like your lights are on the pinch weld. Nice! I wanted to do that but the steps were just too close and kept hitting them.

    Moving the brake cable is a very small step. After that you're not taking anything apart but you will be drilling! I tore into my truck when it had 23 miles on it! Doing the work yourself will teach you a lot and feel great. MOD ON!

    Yes it's necessary. You're essentially going to lift it up a couple of inches so the step and linkages don't hit it. Once you put on the adapter bracket you just loosen the cable until it comes apart. The key here is using a sharpie to mark the threads on the adjuster so when you tighten it...

    The fogs are on my work bench. That's a project for next weekend. These are 35w and they are plenty bright. My KC light bar easily drowned out my other lights and these are pretty equal and that light bar is 10500 lumens. Very satisfied.

    I tried three different locations before settling where I did and triple checked clearance. I think with the truck moving everything will be fine. After some time with them on I plan on pulling everything apart to check for heat stress or burn marks.
