I got tired of waiting for a true HD redesign with the 5th Gen Cab. Went against every instinct and got the new ZR2 Hd. Looked at the rebel hd but wasn't feeling it. Not doing a real comparison but a few quick thoughts. Factory 35s (34.8). No frond diff lock and IFS. The ride is pretty nice...
Looking at the New offerings from GM it leaves me baffled as to when Ram is going to make real updates to their HD line and the PW. I'd still love to see the new, well 5 model year old cab finally make an appearance. Lets at least get a stock 35 too. Ram, are you there?
Just sold my pw to a dealer out of state. haven't been without a truck in 15 years. Loved the pw but I just didn't drive it enough to justify keeping it right now. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds for the HD line and if they ever mate the new cab to it. Maybe some 35's stock too...
Sorry if this has been talked about before, but what is everyone doing for their flat black bumpers on their pw and or rebels? I made the mistake of using back to black last fall before I put it to bed for the winter. It left it covered in white streaks. Are there any dye applications that would...
Does anyone know the best place to take power from off the hot side of the battery?
I'm guessing that the 200a is the winch but I've never had so many options. Does it matter?
PS. I got these all ready to go and did a dry run with out the motor. yes they are awful. they do not clear on a 4th...
Looks like the best towing option for my Kubota is an aluminum equipment trailer. Looking at a 14K trailer that comes in around 2300lbs. Everything looks legal but I have no experience with larger aluminum trailers.
So...
Any idea on how they hold up in the long run(not corrosion)? but more so...
Maybe a brief description with pros and cons. A profile pic and whatever else the the poster may like. There is a lot of good pics and info on here but its littered in 30 different threads.

I had been looking at Power Wagons for a while and with the rebates on the '18's I decided to go for it and this why.
Power Wagon priced out with most of the things I was looking for was in the low 60's. The same options in a 1500 would have been about the same. I know I'm in the minority...
Bought this stuff a few years ago. Never got around to installing and then just gave the lights away. All stuff included is in the picture. I lost interest and honestly do not recall all the details of this kit but it says H8 H9 H11 and 880 on it. NO BULBS!
Have No idea what these are worth...
Quick update... tires were junk. The dealer swapped all four on an identical pw and problem solved. Thanks for all the quick replies! Much appreciated!
On a side note, this is one of the funnest things I've ever driven!
Picked up a PW over the weekend. when I was driving home I had a bit of...
Cleaning out the garage. Bought these off of a member a few years ago. Worked good for a while but the cutoffs kept getting stuck so I took them out and never got around to fixing them.

I've been looking at a few 5th gens and toying with the idea of replacing my '12. I'd like to have seating for 6 but what's the deal with no headrest for the rear middle seat. Is there a configuration that I'm missing or something? I don't hate my kids enough to put them in that seat with no...
anyone else notice that the stock size tire has gone down on some of the models with 20" rims?
Okay, guess this got moved to the 4th gen. section
I was referring to the build page on the new 2019's.
looks like the 275/60/20 is now an option and not the standard that it used to be
Been running 285 65 20s for the last 3 months. After 4500 miles they're starting to sound like they're wearing unevenly. Haven't even done the first rotation yet at 5000 miles. took it to the place that I bought them and they said there was noticeable cupping and offered to replace them. He told...
Any thoughts? I love the wheel, but I'm not sure that I like it on a grey truck. It looks a little washed out to me. Thought about tlooking into powder coating them. I'm just not sure that I want to spend the money powder coating brand new wheels. I wish that they came in a darker black...
SOLD....
I just took these off of my truck. I put them on at about 9,000 miles and just took them off at 34000. I have them set to 1.4 but as I stated in another thread they seemed to have settled quite a bit. Despite the dirt and grease that are all over them they are in good working shape and...
Fox to replace my bils!
Edit: Got them installed. I left them at the 2" preselected setting. I gained an inch over what my bils gave me at 1.4. I do still need an alignment though so it will probably come back down a little. Very smooth yet solid feeling. First impressions are that these kick...
Couldn't take the faded plastic anymore and didn't want to use anything that would run when it rained. Does anyone know how long this should last?
Looks like new for the time being
I just got around to cleaning the winter off of my truck and found a lot of salt and dirt in the side of the floor boards. I took a towel and cleaned it off really good. Just thought I'd pass it along for all the salted road guys incase they want to check theirs. There was also a lot of rust...
Does anyone else think that their heated seats are barely useful? Does it have to do with the seats being ventilated also? Just wondering if I'm the only one. My wife's pilot will singe ass-hair; the ram, well…
I finally got these to a shop that knew how to install them. Anyway, I went with the 1.4 because I plan on running the stock size tire until they wear out and was afraid that the 2.1 would have made them look small. I probably should have gone with the 2.1. Oh, well… Still much better
