Shifter light bulb size and change

Spyroshima thanks for sharing the information! By chance might anyone know which fuse to check if replacing the bulb does not resolve the issue?

SumoSprings Solo Springs or Timbren SES

When you installed the "AirLift WirelessOne system", did you install it in the storage bin in the backseat floor board?

SumoSprings Solo Springs or Timbren SES

OC455, thanks for the recommendation as I have not heard of Timber Grove before. I don't think I am in the market for an air suspension due to the "maintenance" required. I am not sure how these or any airbags will retain their air pressure in cold weather? As I do go into the mountains off the...

SumoSprings Solo Springs or Timbren SES

I am looking for a similar result in that I would like to retain my stock ride without load. I have heard mixed results with the SumoSprings being bouncy under load. It appears that the SumoSprings are designed to be touching or within 1/4" of the axel, without load. It appears that the...

SumoSprings Solo Springs or Timbren SES

According to Timbren SES, there should be a ½” to 1½” gap between rubber spring and axle to ensure unloaded ride quality. Overall kit height = 5.5” According to SumoSprings, there should be a 1/4" to 1/2” gap between rubber spring and axle to ensure unloaded ride quality. Overall kit height =...

SumoSprings Solo Springs or Timbren SES

I am looking to reduce some squat in my truck when hauling firewood several times a year. Both on and off road, but most of the driving distance is on pavement. I have a 2012 RAM 1500 4WD Crew Cab with 275/65-20 tires on it. I have a set BILSTEIN B8 5100 Ride Height Adjustable shocks on the...

    Input on upgrading exhaust

I am in the market to replace my daily driver's exhaust. I "think" that I have narrowed my search down to the two options of the Carven Exhaust Progressive Series Direct Replacement Muffler and the Proven Ground C&L Series Direct-Fit Performance Muffler. Has anyone installed either of these...

Brake Warning Light & Electronic Stability Control (ESC) Lights Stay On

I ended up taking it to my local mechanic, as finding a parts shop that could provide me the error code was challenging, at best. The issue was a failed rear caliper, that had seized open. The caliper has been replaced and all is good. Thank you!

Brake Warning Light & Electronic Stability Control (ESC) Lights Stay On

Being a newby to this type of troubleshooting, I'm looking for a parts dealer that has a computer to read the ABS codes for me. I will report back the findings.

Brake Warning Light & Electronic Stability Control (ESC) Lights Stay On

Hello, I have a 2012 1500 Laramie 4x4 Two days ago, I noticed that both the Brake Warning Light & Electronic Stability Control (ESC) Lights Stay On. In addition, the Cruise Control will not turn on. The brakes are soft and spongy while not moving. The brake fluid level is good and not...

What to install for rear leveling?

So, it's that "reading thing"! ;) I initially only saw the starting measurements and not the finished ones. It's interesting that my truck sits as the following today: L/F & R/F = 39" L/R = 39.5" R/R = 39" Not sure if the 1" will be enough, or the 1.5" will be too much. And...

What to install for rear leveling?

RLK, could you share your height measurements with the Bils at 2.8 and the 1.5" TGCs in the rear? I'm prepping for "my time" in the woods and would like to mitigate the "nose high" and trying to decide between the 1" or 1.5" TGCs or AirLifts for now.

What to install for rear leveling?

For those of you running the Airlift 1000 or the TLCs, do they seem to lose air in the cooler temps? Are you running an onboard compressor or just a external Schrader Valve?

First towing mod installed- TTC-1223 and Rancho 9000XL

I know this thread is a bit old... Did you end up installing the ICON Rear Coil-Springs - 1.5" lift or did you go with the TufTruck TTC-1223V?

What to install for rear leveling?

What to install for rear leveling?

How is the ride with the TTCs? Are you running the 1211's as in your signature? Are you running the 1211's with a spacer? What is the height of the top of your rear fender well?

What to install for rear leveling?

Sorry for the confusion, I am only going to install one of the solutions listed, just not sure which one. :) While these are not direct old school air shocks, they fit my needs. Air Lift1000 TLC for Ram 1500 Coil-Spring Air shocks are a very rough ride and do not bode well off-road, in...

What to install for rear leveling?

I recently installed Bils at 2.8 on my '12 RAM 1500 Laramie Crew Cab 4x4. I like the ride, as the ride is not as harsh in the Laramie as it is in the Express, probably due to the weight difference between the vehicles. After the alignment, my truck sets perfectly level front to back...

4in zone vs 4in rough country

Guide to Leveling & Wheel and Tire Sizing for 06+ 4wd Ram 1500's

Oliver, unfortunately I am not able to speak for them, so I do not know. Also, when hitting the dirt, that has different meanings as well due to the ruggedness of the road, off-camber, drop-offs and the like. For me, it can be a back country road or fire road here in VA or public land...
