2001 4.10 vs 2006-8 4.10 rear axle.
I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 extended cab 4WD with the towing package, the sport package, and the 5.9L Magnum engine. The pinion gear in the rear diff welded to the housing. I want to replace the entire rear diff, but they are all over $1200 used. I can find 2006 - 8 rear ends with 4.10...
