Can a 02 dodge ram 1500 reg cab short bed body be swapped over on to a 07 dodge Durango hemi frame or is it easier to just swap the motors over

I would guess that it likely it would not work

a 2002 dodge ram would be a different series of truck

3rd Gen Rams went from 2003 - 2008 with the 1/2 tons

Being as you are swapping from Ram to Durango is a whole thing in itself

You would have to start by measuring cab mount holes

there are likely Frame Charts that you could use

Think about going to the library & find one of those 3 inch thick Motor or Chilton or Mitchell manuals

not the skinny auto repair manuals that you find at the auto parts stores today
