06-08 Hemi g56 Mega Cab?

I'm curious, were any 06-08 mega cabs made w/ the 5.7 Hemi AND g56 6 speed transmission option? I've scoured the internet looking for a definitive answer & have personally seen those years w/ the same engine/trans combos but in regular & crew cab configurations. I haven't found anything that hints that those same options couldn't also be ordered w/ a mega cab. If anyone knows for sure please help me get an answer to this burning question, lol.

Ya know thinking on it, I’ve never seen that one either. The g56 with the 5.7 was a rare combo as it was, with the mega cab, possible unicorn.

That is so true on the unicorn part and I'm looking for a bigger unicorn... I found a statement from 2014 that the G56 was available with the 6.4 in the 4500 & 5500 trucks and if it is.. then my swap is doable
