1/4 mile times!

I ran the trinity 1/4 twice, each time was like you said 15.1 or something. I too, was hoping for faster.

I should run it again now, as we have some nice cold air in the spring. Maybe ill do that tonight

I know this thread has been on here for awhile, but just throwing some info out for people searching. Wife bought a barely used 2013 CC 4x4 8 spd Sport (completely stock). Took it to the track since our drag car is still being painted, ran a 15.06. I was pleasantly surprised, didn't have my weather station, but would guess DA to be around 3000'. Only had about 3/8 tank of gas. Would expect the truck to run a really high 14.90 in good air.

Since my daily drivers half shafts are gone, and im driving the truck til its fixed maybe ill run the truck again for fun.

Then itll break and ill have 2 vehicles to fix!

Lol, might as well. I thought I read somewhere where they tested almost identical Durangos, one with 6 spd and one with 8 spd, and just because of the 8 spd, it was about a half second quicker in the 1/4. So I would assume you could take off right around a half second on a truck with an 8 spd.

My '13 4X2 Reg cab Express with 3.55 gears ran a 14.71 with a 2.05 60' in 2350' DA. Mods are Vararam and Bullydog tuner set on 89 octane tune. I wish I could get some low DA's around here.

My 13' crewcab went a 14.12..It's got high 13's in it with good traction for sure..
Open rear and 3.55's are killing me.This is at the track by the way and not on a trinity.Truck went a 15.5 stock for reference!!!

Not sure how far south of Tulsa you are, but I'd find a cool night and run it at the Tulsa Parkway drag strip. Run your Trinity at the same time, and verify how accurate it is (or is not).

What is your reaction time? 0-60 times? Track prep? All little things that can lead to be a better 1320 time.

We had a 12' Armada but she had to have 1 of the new Genesis..Finally realized it's too small so back to an armada..We both have the 14" Maggy with a Magnaflow Y!

Actual reaction time obviously doesn't, but how far you stage does change your ET a bit.

2004 Regular Cab 5.7

I have a 2004 1500 reg cab with the 5.7L. I have a 6 in drop in the front 8in in the back, BBK mini headers, Vararam Breather with tubes ran through the bumper and that's it. Best 1/4 to date is a 13.4. I recently had it tuned by HP Tunes and switched headers. Next step is I'm putting her on the bottle. Can't wait to see what this season holds!

Before winter my trinity said I ran a 14.2 at 98mph.

Was about +17*C, 29mmHG I think if I remember (based on tuner), barely a spin on launch.

That converts to a 13.5 @ SAE or close to it. Im @ 2200ft elevation.

Thinking some 17"s and a TC will net me 13 flat?? (good air)

13.7 ? 13.9?


List your truck, mods and 1/4 mile times!...we all want to see them!!!

T1000 and a custom tune and you'll have a good chance at high 13's.
