12v power outlet in bed

I’m looking to add a powered cooler in the bed for camping and wondering how others have added an outlet in the bed. Looking for a clean install that has continuous power. Please provide pics if you can. Thanks in advance.

You can get brackets and sockets meant for atv or marine applications that you can mount under the bed rail cleanly. As far as getting power to them I prefer direct from battery with an inline fuse that's future proof for bed lights, fuel transfer pump or anything else I may want to wire in back there.

Above the factory bed tie down hooks there's lots of room between the inside truck bed sides and the rear fenders. End result would be similar to this
