All I have is vararam, 265/40/20 tires and a Diablo Sport Trinity and ran a 8.1 1/8th Mile and a 13.5 1/4 mile @ 96mph! With a Sun enclosure and 275lb passenger!!! Haha...still waiting on a HemiFever Tune also. That's just with a preloaded 93 oct tune. Is this average or slow? Or fast? Also a 0-60 in 5.7 sec spinning

Pretty fast even with 300 extra pounds! What is the rule 100lbs= .1 seconds at the drag
So next time loose all the extra weight and do some track prep and try not to spin!

Is this on your tuner or at the track? That is much faster than what your truck should be running at the track with those mods. I'm willing to bet that your shorter tires have the speedo off and are giving the faster than normal reading on the Trinity.

Even with the tire size set in the tuner, I'm willing to bet it is still off on the virtual dragstrip. You do have a couple nice mods, but not the type to show a 13.5 in the 1/4 mile in the air we have had here the past week or so. At the track, I would expect you to be in the 14.2 range.

It must be off, way too quick unless you have some factory freak.

We went to the drag strip and he ran a 13.6 with a 13.7 consistent. I can get him off the line but he catches me and get 1 car in front and will stay there until 110 mph then we let off

My best has been 14:76 with all my mods, I haven't tried since my drop.

Its your shorter tires that have your speedo off and it is giving the tuner a bad reading. Using the virtual dragstrip on the tuner is a fun tool to play with, but I think you will be surprised at how far it can be off when larger/shorter tires are thrown into the mix.

If your buddies ran a documented 13.6 at the track each car length is about 1 second just as each 100lbs. costs you a 10th.

Not scientific but as a general rule of thumb. Ball park. Too many variables on any day. Elevation as well.

So the tire calibration on the tuner for new tire size doesn't actually work?
