So, like most of you, I became a member of the many forums back in 2011 when I purchased my new 2011 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Sport. Did a few small things here and there and this past year I decided to lift/level Ramada.
Started in May-2013 and by Saturday it will be completed.

1. Kore Pre-Runner Series kit
Consists of high angle CVs, new Upper Control Arms, Bilstein 5100s set @ 3.5", Bilstein rear 5100s.

2. Icon 2.0 Series Struts and Coils

3. Michigan Metal Works Upper Control Arms c/w Jeebus Joint

4. TopGunCustomz 0.75" Rear Coil Spacer

5. Bushwacker Extend-A-Fender Flares

6. Fuel Trophy Matte Black / Graphite lock Ring wheels 18x10 c/w -12mm offset

7. Toyo Open Country ATII Xtreme tires LT295/70R18

Couple of issues:

1. I purchased the Kore kit way back in June. Shipping to Canada took a while, and when it arrived, one box had a massive hole in it. Opened it to find one of the UCAs was missing. Great... Called Kore and they started to sort it out with UPS. Kore did mention this was their last PreRunner kit, won't be making anymore, so they had no replacement UCAs. So, with that information, I went about sourcing out new UCAs from Michigan Metal Works. Taylor is an excellent guy to deal with and in 8 weeks, I had MMW UCAs. Right after they shipped, got a call from Kore that they did find a replacement on a shelf somewhere, would send it to me (scratched/scuffed a bit) for a small discount. Awesome, now I have 2 sets of UCAs.

2. After installation of the KORE kit & Icon rear, found that the Icon did not give me 1.5" of lift, only 0.75". The front end actually went up about 5" and was vibrating like crazy. So, we moved the front down to the 1.4" height and got an alignment, drove like a dream.

3. Ordered in 0.75" rear spacer, put that in and jacked up the front again. After a test drive post front install, the retaining ring slipped on the Bilstein 5100 and the front fell. After inspection, realized that the MMW jeebus joint stud had been damaged and needed to be cut off in order to un-install / re-install the strut. So we put the stock UCA back in and it worked fine. Pretty much level, with a 0.75" rake.

Measurements stock:
Front - 36.5"
Rear - 39"
Roof (high point) - 75"
Diff (low point) - forgot to measure

Measurements after Kore/Icon installation:
Front - 39.75"
Rear - 40.5"
Roof (high point) - 76.5"
Diff (low point) - 12.75"

Measurements after Tire/Wheel installation:
Front - 40.25"
Rear -41"
Roof (high point) - 77"
Diff (low point) - 13.25"

Will update once completed on Saturday, and yes, I'll have more pictures.

I'm excited to see the after pics. Sounds like a very nice suspension setup.

I promise there will be more pictures. I thought the wait from May till now was bad, this last week (knowing that it will be completed Saturday), is killing me.

That and the fact that the roads are so icy; my current Goodyears are really bald. Never thought I would be one of 'those' guys limping around in the winter.

As promised, pics updated on Post 2, and clearances updated on Post 1.

First Impressions: LOVE IT!!!

After installation of the Bilstein 5100s up front and Icon 2.0s in the rear, the ride was a bit stiffer than compared to Stock. Not a bad stiff, just a stiffness which was better for handling.

After putting the tires on, it's gone back to a stock ride / feel / softness. Those tires absorb a lot of the bumps (thicker sidewall and larger diameter).

The drive home was through a ton a slush/water. The tires handle it really well; there was some nice rooster tails coming out the back end.

Overall, really happy. I haven't paid the bill yet, so we'll see how I feel after.

Guys at Stripetech/3M Trimline Calgary were great with the installation. We put 3M paint protection under the fender flares, with about 1/8" sticking above the flare (barely visible).

Truck looks great. You hit about a perfect match on rim offset for those fender flares. Looks really good. :)
