Thank you, just got the nod from the wife... Computer chip, beer keg fix ( the dreaded plenum leak), cam, dual exhaust (no headers though :-( ), and performance air filter. From what I've been told is the '93 5.9 magnums has the highly desirable factory exhaust manifold, so I'll keep 'em on! Goal is to keep it looking stock, just run and breath a little better.

Get a new cat and O2 sensors while you're at it. :naughty:

Will be putting both new cats, I'm thinkin' magnaflow mufflers and cats...O2's... I'll have to look and see if it has two already, I'm thinking @ 49,*** they wouldn't need changed, would they? If only one is present, then I would have to put two on and some sort of split harness.

Bosch heated through my favorite parts house is only $24 a piece, so I'll just change 'em anyway.

A Magnaflow muffler and cat would be good. Even though the truck only has 49k on it, it's still 21 years old. lol

Going with an H-pipe or X-pipe? Either way, don't forget pictures.

Probably H pipe, would be a cleaner install. Besides, it's still a truck, if it were a hotrod, then dedicatedly X pipe.

Can't argue there.

I think H-pipe sounds better too, IMO. I put one on the 76 and it made it sound great.

Wow! Beautiful 1st Gen Rusty! It's so rare to see a 1st gen Dodge in decent condition, so one in original condition is awesome! Sweet rig!
