Hey everyone. Just bought my first RAM. It's a 2024 1500 crew cab Bighorn night edition with the 5.7 Hemi etorque. Is anyone else experiencing a severe vibration at highway speed? The dealership told me that Chrysler mandates the vehicle be driven for 1,000 miles and issue will self correct. Seems sketchy.

Dude! They are majorly blowing smoke up where smoke doesn't belong!

Hi from warm ( for now ) Canada .
Re the shake , your dealer is full of it . Tell him to fix it now. Rotate to start.
Tire out of balance or out of round, I happened with the new set tires I put on Wifes Honda, bad pull to the left, that was not there before and wheel shake. They turned the tire 1/2 turn on the wheel and it helped a lot. As I was a long time customer, he put a new set on to be safe.

It could also be a drive shaft, thou I have never run into that for yrs
If it was up on a hoist a bit and spin stuff, Bet it would show up.

Welcome to the Ram forum, ask to see this crap statement in writing, and demand they go for a ride with you, maybe wheel weights fell off or possible drive shaft damage when unloading off of the transport truck.

I hope you can find another dealer and boycott this one in particular.
And slam them on the review. I'd be pissed if a dealer pulled that $hit on me after buying a new truck.

I feel ya. I only bought from this dealership because they had the truck I wanted. There's actually another dealership closer to my house and work I will be using
