2003 Cummins No communication with PCM help

Hello I have a 2003 Cummins with an automatic and I can not get anything to show for the transmission on any scanner. The PCM was verified to be good. I have continuity from the PCM to the Data link connector. I can read the engine data just fine. The TIPM originally failed and has been replaced along with the transmission harness. Transmission shifts okay the first cycle than goes into limp mode. Really just trying to be able to read my transmission data/codes. Anything helps!

Did you ever get get this figured out? I'm having the same problem after I got my transmission rebuilt. thanks
