2012 ram 1500 2wd crew cab stalls

So I have a 2012 1500 crew cab 2wd sport With 84k miles and in the past 24 hours while driving in my neighborhood doing less than 20mph my truck has died 3 times. I lose all RPM, and MPH and power steering. Radio stays on so I put it in neutral and coast to a stop then put it in park and it fires right back up. Haven’t looked into it yet but I will try to start troubleshooting when I get off of work. Just looking for any ideas to start. Was thinking ignition module or plugs or cam shaft sensor.

Except after market head unit which was installed way before I got the truck

Sounds like it could be the ignition do you have a lot of weight on your key? they wear out Try this start it up jiggle the ignition mine went bad and did all kinds of funny ****. Does it ever happen when hitting a bump?
