What is the cheapest you guys got the 3" PA body lift for? Ive seen them go up in the low $400.?.?

That's the kit I used. I did get the optional gap guards for the front wheel wells for an additional $50 ish.

My bilstiens are set at 2.1" in addition to the 3" body lift. 295/65 toyo at2's on 20x9 +0 cali offroad wheels. The tires just barely stick out beyond the stock laramie flares and it rides and handles better than stock.
