Pretty clean for a million mile truck, and it is still being used as an RV transport hauler. Owner said he doesn't use synthetic oil either, and changes the oil between 10-12k miles which was the interval for that year model. The 2013 and up trucks got bumped up to a 15k mile oil change intervals.
He also said he changes the fuel filter every 40-50k which is way more than the 15k recommended interval, but he added another fuel filter which his year model did not have two fuel filters like the 2013 and up trucks did.
Engine internals/turbo and trans has not been touched aside from maintenance.
