Hello, need some assistance with looking for a tuner that will help with my 8 speed trans to have better/ stronger shifting points and over all less or no lag. And of course add horse power. Any ideas ?

HP tuners is the only software at this moment that can tune a 2014 8 speed trans. Contact Jay Greene. He is good w/ HP

Does anyone know how much he charges for an engine and trans tune if you already have an DS i2? Also how do you program the trans with the HP tune. Do you have to buy a different programmer?

Your best bet is to contact the tuner of your choice.You don't have to buy another handheld,as HP doesn't use a handheld like Diablo.You can load multiple HP tunes onto a cheap tablet if you so choose though
