2016 1500 no power

Morning guys. I have a buddy with a 2016 1500 5.7. He has headlights working and keyfob working but no power anywhere else. Nothing in the cab has power and no crank. Any thoughts

I recommend checking the relays, fuses, battery and alternator

Have you tried jump starting? My 16 had the same issue back in January. I managed to drain the battery just enough to keep it from turning over but everything else worked. I pulled the battery and checked it at auto zone where it showed low life. I took it back home, jumped it for a few minutes, disconnected the cables once it cranked, and I let it run for about 15 minutes to let the alternator recharge it. I'm still running the same battery without any issues.

We did try jumping. And then charging the batt. When the cables are hooked up still no power in the cab. Ill check those relays and go from there. On my 14 i had a no crank issue and the ing module was bad but i had some power in the cab. Ill look at that to. Thanks for the ideas. Ill post back when we sort it out

Check the connectors by the driver footwell/pedals. There’s one that seems to come loose, it can get kicked by your foot. It’s a fairly big white connector.

He took the truck to the dealer today. Ends up(**** cant remember the name) the box behind the dash that the key plugs into. They reprogramed the fobs also to the new unit. All seems well now.
