I had to buy a Cardone reman ABS module for my 2002 Blazer. Now, GM issued a TSB as to a "Cracked Solder joint" due to the then recent ban on lead based solder. Makes sense. Interestingly, the same part number ECBM fits a half dozen Models of trucks/ SUV's.
My new module works flawlessly, but has only been on the vehicle for a few weeks. The lights do not come back on at inopportune moments anymore; and there are no DTC's when scanned!

This part came from O'Reilly's. Cost a tad over 300 dollars. If the manufacture had not filled the original unit with epoxy, I could have fixed the cracked solder joint.
