2018 ram 1500 big horn

I have a 2018 ram 1500. The radio works and the screen lights up but the screen is blank. I have reset the battery and that didn’t fix it. Anyone knows what it is?

Could be a bad screen. I had a 2018 8.4 that the screen wouldn't come on but made sound. The weird colors showed up and then blank again. It was used so returned it. I know there were lamination problems with the 2018 8.4 units, maybe something along that line impacting yours. You could buy a replacement screen online and try replacing it. Takes a bit of soldering if you are mechanically inclined.
