2018 ram crank no start rf hub issue?

I have a 2018 3500 CTD I recently tried to swap the truck ignition to push to start I have a totaled 2016 3500 and removed the parts from it. Long story short the truck will not try to crank with the push to start rf hub and ignition switch, when I programmed everything back and installed the standard rf hub and ignition switch the truck will crank but will not start. I’m stumped I have tried everything I know to try. I have alpha obd and a matco maxflex pro open to any ideas
