2018 Tradesman swap mirrors with a 2018 Limited - what to do

I have replaced the black power mirrors (2018) with mirrors off a 2018 Limited. They are chrome with the signal lights at the bottom of the mirrors. Does anyone know if they can be programmed to operated as the factory mirrors do not have these puddle lights? Any help would be appreciated.
