2019 or 2020

I have prices for both. About a 5000 difference for same truck options I want. Any opinions please.

If they are both Gen 5 why would you want to spend $5K on essentially the same truck.

If you trade in often, go 2020, if you keep your truck for a long time I'd go 2019.

I had a 2014 that I traded in. Big mistake to say the least. I am not too familiar with the newer generations and trust the folks here for their opinions. I wasn't sure if there are any issues to be weary of in a '19 that might be fixed in a '20 . The old first new year of a vehicle may have bugs theory.
The new one I like is the Rebel model. 60-61 sticker for around 55 for a '20 or around 50-51 for '19.

I would get a 2020 with the hope that it has fixes. 2019’s were not without issues(to be expected on any new generation vehicle)

I am working on a Laramie thats $53k sticker and i have got it to $39k.. going to buy tomorrow.

I think you could do better because that '19 is about to be one model year older and should be considered a close out. that deal would be good on a '20. I got a little more than that off on mine and I bought when they had just come out last year.

Make a crazy offer of $15k or so off, worse case they say No....get a deal on a 19...

I most likely will. Nothing to lose. But wasn't sure if there was a reason to get a '20. Obviously this limited is pretty loaded, and not having been around since I traded in my '14 want to make sure there isn't something I should avoid.

The 2020 produced after May of 2019 have the better headlamps as an option and the 2020 trucks are supposed to have the split rear tailgate as an option as well. Both of these features are important to me and key reasons for going with a Ram instead of another truck.

What’s the OTD price they have quoted you?

due to a trade, the otd is the price they gave me 55 plus .

So one dealer willing to go at least 10K under sticker of a 70000 vehicle. How does that sound?
Keep in mind I know how much i need to get on my trade.

In NYC area there seems to be a lot of '19 limited available. So good for me.
