4.7L Headers

So I finally bit the bullet, and ordered a set of Gibson shorties thru Summit. I have an exaust leak right now (have had it since I have owned the truck), and figured since I had to take off the stock logs, I might as well upgrade. What should I expect as far as performance bumps? I know they are worthless without supporting mods, so my mods I already have done are:
Magnaflow Y pipe 2 1/2" in 3" out
Stainless steel 3" pipe from Y to Flowmaster 40 SI/SO 3" in and 3" out
Air Raid CAI
Superchips Tune
