88 D100 318 stalls when put in gear

1988 D100 318 w/throttle body starts and drives great but when I put it in gear it stalls have to flutter gas pedal and breaks when stopped. Replaced fuel injectors, MAP and TBS still stalls when put in gear unless I two foot it. I'm at a loss can anyone help?

Just had this issue with my 89 150 the fuel line in the tank from the pump to the top cover had a hole in would only make 10psi pressure at tbi replaced line truck ran better had a odd stumble off idle after but wouldn’t die turned out to be egr valve disconnected/capped off and away it goes runs like new I’d check your fuel pressure should be 100kpa/15psi

Thanks for the tip I'll give it a shot it would be great if this solves the problem. It's been 1.5 months now and I miss driving my truck
