Hey all,
Thought I would turn to the experts on some major trouble I’ve run into while recharging my A/C!
I am finally recharging my AC after doing cam/lifters over the winter. Everything was going well until I was attempting to add the Freon when I could not get the compressor to turn on. I unplugged the connector at the compressor attempted to jump the white wire (the one closest to the clutch) with no response, not even a click.
Went and picked up a reman from Oriley’s and applied 12v to the same wire (uninstalled), again with no response. I don’t want to put it in before I am sure that my compressor is the issue. Ultimately trying to find out why I can’t get my compressor to retract.
Really stuck here and looking for any advice.
