Active Cruise Control and Forward Collision Warning

Hi Everyone,

Earlier this year I purchased a 2023 Laramie and put a 2" lift kit on it shortly after. A few weeks after the lift was done, the ACC and FWC lights came on saying that those features were disabled. The dealership is telling me that this can't be fixed because the lift is throwing off the angle of the sensor at the rear view mirror. He went on to say that even the trucks that come lifted from the factory will have this problem. I just can't believe that every lifted Ram out there is driving around with these warning lights and features that don't work.

Has anyone experienced this and/or know how to fix it?

My 2022 and 23 systems don't work ( that's another feed ) but in your case my dealer in Poway Ca who has my truck now said when he worked at Ford in Texas that the BlueCruise could not work in all the lifted trucks there and yes they did have to re-align the cameras so they could see the cars in front. They had good luck re-aiming so you might try that if you can find a place to help.
