I decided I want a few more inches of lift, so I'm going with an add-a-leaf kit and 2.5" coil spacers. Will I have to extend my driveshafts? (I already have 5" of suspension lift)

I was playing with the idea of a body lift, they just look hideous.

Did you replace the control arms with the 5" lift?
Its highly recomended not to add spacers to a lift kit because the geometry of the stock suspension that 2.5" spacer may give you 3"-4" of lift and cause problems with your pitman arm and track bar
I would think your 5" kit did have replacement control arms but lifting your truck more that way will also pull the axle to one side (drivers I believe) and also backwards.
