AlfaOBD Options for Apple Device Users?

Need to get AlfaOBD for changing upcoming headlight changes but all I have is an iphone. What is the cheapest/easiest way for making it work?

Also already have this OBD reader but not sure it'll work with Alfa.

Buy a cheap android tablet and the recommended OBD reader is the OBDLink MX. Can't comment on the one you have but everyone has had success the the MX
