Annoying favorite song notification

Hello,
2018 Ram 8.4 UAQ running 40.1 is alerting me for a favorite song but it's a subscription message. I'm already subscribed to Sirius. So when I expect a favorite song, I get this sometimes. Anyone know how to stop it?

I don't want the alert turned off. I still want to be alerted. Just not for some subscription message. Especially since I'm already subscribed.

It just means SIRRIUS has not updated their file with your information.

We had this issue with our Durango a few months back. Our issue was, we have multiple vehicles and cell phones, all with the SIRRIUS activated on each. The phone app had expired, but it triggered the alert in the Durango.

We had to call them, that sucked, but after about ten min got it straight.

You probably don’t want to hear this. But give them a call,,when you have some time, and make sure they have all of your acct information accurate.
