I’m trying to change the bank 1 sensor 1 (driver side upstream) and have pulled the front drive shaft but can not seem to unclip the electrical, I can barely get my fingers on it so that doesn’t help.

Could anyone tell me is it a push in style clip or a pry out style clip?

2015 sport with hemi.

Thanks

My solution was a 1.5" body lift ;). Makes maintenance on these trucks 110% Easier

Its a push clip, If I remember correctly. Just swap it out with the rear O2 and see if the code follows before buying a new one. Also do a bench test with a torch and Voltmeter.

It has the safety lock on it and then it is a push clip.

So you move the safety clip up and then squeeze and it should pop out.

If it's been replaced before, the safety clip may be missing...

I don’t think it’s been replaced before I’m first owner.
image.jpgThat’s the clip there, I was thinking to pry from back with a screw driver.. I’ll see if I can get at a safety clip.

Thanks

Well that sucked but it’s out. Seems like it’s just a push clip. Had to pop the connectors off of the mount and then I could just barely rotate it 90 deg and with my feet facing the back right tire I could just reach it around the transmission lines.
Probably would just take to dealer next time..
