AVS hood deflector fit

afternoon,
i purchased the 322004 hood deflector for my 2020 Tradesman midnight edition with sport hood. Put it on this weekend, fit was good except on each side of the highest point of the hood.. there is a small gap on each side
I saw another pic on a facebook forum, and it looked tighter...




maybe it’s normal, either way it still looks good.
any feedback would be appreciated!
it’s a 2020, i just changed the grill inserts..

Was the photo on FB of a non-sport hood?

The model you purchased is not meant for the sport hood.

I would take it off and return it and order one for a sport and water & dirt will get under it and eventually come off. Good luck

Looks good!

I wish they made one in their matte color for the sport hood. Last I checked matte was only for the non-sport.

Even then I'm still not sure since I have the two hood strips and not sure how they would work together.
