Best Mods for Under $100

Yep. Got mine, and they even sent 2 although I only ordered one. So I guess the old 12v gets a little makeup too for Christmas! Love it so far. Good addition.



And I got this shorty antenna at the same time too.
Took it out for a little drive last night and it works remarkably well. Only about half a km difference when heading out of town. Around town it was the exact same. I'm pretty happy with it. Got it from Amazon for under $25 CND.



And of course the LED's throughout the truck. Way better than stock.

It's so simple there really is no need to do a thread but I'm sure there is one like mentioned.
2 reading lights
Dome light
Glove box
And licence plate lights.
6 all together and all of 15 minutes of my time with my 4 year old helping me.

So far I've debadged, added black badges, tinted my stock tails and 3rd brake light, and plastidipped my rear bumper. I have less than $100 in it and it's looking great. What are some of y'alls favorite mods for under $100?

Can I see pics of the plastic dipped rear bumper. I'm a plasti *****, but I've never applied it to chrome , curious to see how it looks. What's your base color of the truck ?

Took the front air dam off the lower portion of the front bumper=free

Gained about 3" of ground clearance.

Where did you get this? I need the extra protection....My dog rides in the back seat and just learned that i have sunroof, so now the dog puts his front paws on the armrest and sticks his head out of the sunroof....lol

Because of this thread I have already bought the armrest cover (as seen in post above), and the DeeZee tailgate assist. This thread is a great source.

Sprayed the entire underside of the truck with Fluid Film.
Great stuff, protects metal and keeps the rust off. Perfect for people living in the snow belt.
I reapply every fall and keeps the truck looking new underneath.

A few cans of fluid film or Corrosion Free 3000. Do your truck undercarriage

Have to do this mod when brand new or can it be done after a few winters? Need to clean off the parts under there before this mod? I live in an area where salt/brine is present on roads in winter.

Where u put washer under the mounting bolts of the seat frame. When raised up it makes it able to clear the rear hangers so top seat can fold down when u lift bottom seat up.

I dont understand. Can you send pics?
