so does coolent temp of 220 sitting at idle sound about right for full blast ac in 105 heat index air temp? it has 179,000 miles on her. it reads 160 ideling with everything off

It seems a little high. Does the truck have an electric fan to cool the A/C condenser or does it only have the mechanical clutch fan?
