blower issue

I have a 1995 2500 the heater blower isn't working. The fuse is not blown, the motor is fine, the resistor block is ok. I'm thinking relay, where the heck did they hide it? None of the relays under the hood are marked for that. Anything else I should be checking? It's getting cold here in Idaho and I'm thinking this could be a problem

My 2001 manual says it's in the PDC under the hood. Don't have an older manual however.

I think there is also a panel on the left side of the dash. Gotta' open the drivers door for access I believe.

Here's a link to a pic. If you have one it looks like it's down by the brake pedal just forward of the brake light switch.
