Anybody know a good place to get some bolt pattern fender flares and what's a good price on them? I'm also not sure if you buy them and paint em to match your truck or if you buy em that color. Help Please!!!

Spend the little bit of extra money and get bushwackers
I got prestige pocket flares and I'm not to crazy about them. Idk if its just me but something just seems off about them especially compared to bushwackers
You can get them in smooth for paint or textured if you dont plan to paint them
They are an ABS plastic so they can be painted easily by a painter (or yourself)

Here's some pictures with the prestige flares that I bedlined myself

Thank you! I definitely want the smooth finish so that I can paint them or get them painted to match my truck. Do I have to take them somewhere to get them put on or is it easy enough to do myself?

Not sure how the bushwackers are but I cant see them being much different
They are really easy to intsall, easier bedlined then painted cause you dont have to worry about scatching them lol

It can be kind of tough to get them to line up right but thats just a matter of spending the time to adjust them
The prestife use some of the existing hardware for the fender liners and clips in other spots

Thanks guys! Honest opinion, do you think the fender flares would look alright with a 3in lift on the stock tires and wheels??? Because I may have to wait a year until I have the money to upgrade. Or would it be a better idea for me to wait to get the fender flares until I get new tires and wheels?

I would get the flares first .. because if you get tires and wheels and not have the flares say bye to your paint .. LOL

haha ok that makes sense. And if I have a some rust bubbles forming above that back wheel well, do you think I should grind and sand that away and put some rust converter on it so it doesn't spread before I put on the fender flares?

Haha ok I will have to be careful I don't grind up too far up where the fender flare wont cover! And do the bolts actually connect them to the truck frame or are they just for show?

The ones along the top are simple ... put the bolt threw the pre drilled hole and tighten the nut .. they are just for show ..

BH4L was talking about the mounting holes .

I still have some spots to hit on the truck still but mis-colored paint looks better then rust IMO

I never knew there were pre drilled holes already on the frame?

If you look inside the wheel well you'll see a few bolts inside the lip of the fender the hold the wheel liner
