What did he hit?? And how much? Looks like quite a bit of damage there. Rad, oil cooler, front clip cross bar thingy, etc. Are you able to do this work yourself?

I bought my 2003 single cab, long bed with 82k miles on it for $5,999 (at a used car lot, because it was the stick i could find). There is NO WAY I would buy that when the prices for these trucks are so low now.

Looks to me like theres a little more to fix that than "bumpers and stuff"...I see a new radiator, radiator support, and whatever was damaged on the motor when all that got pushed back into it. And thats just what I see in the picture....Its like an iceberg, you see a little bit on the surface of the water, but dont see the massive amount of it under the water. But hey if you have the talent, time, and money yo fix it, knock yourself out.

For $1,100 I would buy it. You can get your money back and probably come out ahead even if you just part it out.

Just from that picture here is my replacement list:
Trans cooler (and possibly lines if they are cracket at the cooler)
PS cooler
Radiator
Maybe fan shroud...depends how that looks (I can't see it from the pic)
Obviously the front bumper and supports and that cross beam

I wouldn't drive it, as there's a very high chance for frame damage, which costs a ludicrous amount to get repaired nowadays. I'd say buy it to part it out. $1,000 will make it very easy to get a good ROI.
