This kind of reminds me of a heavy tandem IHC grain truck my brother had with air suspension .
on side roads , typical for most trips, it could start rocking back and forth, never got out of control , but a PITA. My older one with springs never swayed side to side, was a lot stiffer. It was a heavier truck as well. Last truck camper was back on a '75 3/4 ton . When you could haul stuff.

Hi I'm just seeing this now; wish I would have responded sooner. I had this exact issue with my camper a few years ago. I installed Timer Grove air bags and Bilstein shocks and it has been great ever since. I have thousands of miles driving with this combo and it drives great. I have even taken it out many times with my 37" tires without any issue at all. Put bags on it and be done, or get a bigger truck.
