Can cruise control lowest speed limit be changed/reprogrammed below 20 mph?

I would like to know how to change/reprogram the lowest speed of the cruise control (20 mph) to 10 mph. The vehicle is a 2020 RAM 2500, 6.4 Hemi. What kind of tool or programming device, is needed, and what are the procedures? The purpose of this is to more comfortably drive for many miles down very rough roads through mountain regions and other rough terrain.

You'll need an unlocked ECM along with custom tu as the cruise control is handled in there.

Like mentioned above, you'll probably need an unlocked ecm and a tune which can get a little costly for basically cruising at idle speed

The first tunes on my 2016 Eco would do it. Then as Ram updated the PCM the tuners' corresponding updates dropped that feature, maybe because they could no longer tune for it. The current tune on my 2020 HO will not do it either. Thus, I doubt it can be done on your 2020.

GDE still has it in their tunes for the EcoDiesel. Both the 6.4 and CTD use different ECMs and core software, I'm guessing not many tuners spend the time to crack the lower cruise speed.
