Cargo Camera doesnt work with radio

My 8.4 stereo was replaced under warranty in my 2014. They installed a new system and it does not communicate with the cargo camera. Has anyone else had this issue and found a fix?

Does not communicate in what sense? Not showing the icon on the screen or?

Press the cargo camera on the screen and the screen goes black with exception to a red X in the upper right corner to return to the main screen

Does the cargo cam come on when you put the truck in reverse by any chance?

The dealer should find the fix if it worked before and had that function.

Same thing with mine, did an update via uconnect, hasn't worked since. Pissed is an understatement!!

Update: went to the dealer today, they had a thumb drive with a fix for the cargo camera on my 2014 2500 6.4L. They said it came out in September of last year. Nice to find out here in may of '19.
