I'm lost. Bank 2 is passenger side right? I replaced pre and post sensors and still get the code.. after clearing DTCs

Thats good info so Either that or the Catalytic is on its way out. Read the statement at the link with regards to it and the note about coolant which is interesting. Way back in time I remember a shop checked my converter by blowing a hole in it which gave a clear view if it was pouched or not and it was as I remember seeing all the honeycomb melted together and pushed back to the rear of the converter. If converter was good the Guy just rewelds the hole closed and thats it. Mind you that was 20 years ago before CELS where available on the dash. But as I said in my other post I do beleive if the converter was gone you would also notice a lack of Power in the engine as well. Just an idea.
