Difference between ‘03 and ‘04-‘05 seat cushions?

It’s time to replace the driver’s side foam cushion on my ‘03 1500. There are plenty of keenly priced cushions available for ‘04-‘05 models but anything listed for ‘03 is much more expensive. Is there any reason why the ‘04-‘05 cushions wouldn’t fit an ‘03?

Shouldn't be, but they are very different part numbers, 03 -5093781AA, 04 - 5127750AA

Yes, thanks. I read that changing components - such as the front axle on 4x4 1500's between '03 and '04 - can kick off a number of changes to unrelated parts.
I find this with '03's in general; everything's available for '02 or '04 and up. This seems to make '03 parts, such as seat cushions, more expensive.
