So, 3rd engine is going into my truck and under warranty. Its the Hemi Knock. The 2nd replacement engine was put in and had the sparkplugs included. Today, on the 3rd engine, Dodge wants to charge me $600 for the plugs. When you have a anew engine installed and covered by warranty, should the engine come with the plugs?
