Glad you are ok. Good thing it was a glancing blow and you were moving. It could have been much worse. It should be quite fixable.

Probably repairable. Did the cab take any damage? I was rear ended by a drunk driver in a 3rd gen Cummins and it crinkled my whole driver side bed and punched it into the cab. Cost the insurance company 13k to fix but they fixed it.

Obviously you could have frame damage but doesn’t look that bad. And for what it’s worth, you likely won’t get a whole new bed. You’ll get a panel for that side and likely a used panel at that. Insurance companies don’t like to use new parts
