Hope this helps folks... Like so many others, I'm victim to MOPAR's defective rear window frame which cracks, causing water to pour into the cabin, as well as FCA's even more horrible customer (non)service. Yeah @RamCares, I'm STILL waiting for that email you promised two months ago and since then, my airbags also became waterlogged. I've been quoted between $1200 (for aftermarket) and $1700 for OEM replacement and frankly, would just rather wait to see how the class action suit on this plays out and will hopefully get the defect corrected that way. Anyway, here's a cost-effective fix that WORKS: A bead of Permatex RTV the ENTIRE length across the rear window. Let it cure for 24 hours. Followed up with a nicely trimmed piece of 3M Automotive Vinyl, approx. 3" wide across the top of the rear window. It doesn't look terrible (for BooBoo Tape on a $50K Vehicle) and is keeping ALL the water out. After researching others who had used silicone alone, it is apparent that the defective window frames flex and move, breaking your silicone bead after a few weeks, letting water back in. The Vinyl deflects the water completely.

I've noticed that Ford has a one piece rear window with a cutout
for the slider. Ram uses a 3 piece window, less rigid more flex.........
Glass can be part of the strength of the structure.
