Flickering instruments

I recently replaced the battery on my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500. When I started it, the gauges and dials and air bag light flickers. Fuses seem ok battery connections are tight. I’m out of ideas. Anybody have this problem?

Yes ,and I'm trying to find out if the problem is as simple ( and inexpensive) as replacing the P.C.M. or the cluster itself ?
