Hey, i was told front end coils out of a 2010 2500 would fit into my 1999 1500 and would lift it about 2"? anyone know cause i was thinking bout buying them but not sure if it could work or not. Thanks

Frames are a lot different so I wouldn't take the chance

Dude if you want to do a lift by coils, either buy the lift coils, buy the 2inch coil level kit, or buy 2500/3500 springs from a 94-01.

The coil springs are the same from 1994-2012, so they will fit in without issues. However, the 4th gen trucks have a higher spring rate, the gas coils are equal to the diesel rate coils for 2nd gen rams. If you're getting the 4th gen diesel coils, it might be a fairly stiff ride.
