2012 Ram 3500 dually, all front end steering/suspension components replaced except steering box, still undriveable due to death wobble. Need a specialist in Austin/San Antonio area who is very well versed in diagnosing/correcting problem and front end aligning this truck. I need a specialist, not an ordinary alignment shop at this point. Any assistance in pointing me in right direction would be greatly appreciated.

I've dealt with this. Adjust your control arms to set axle straight like 90° up and down. You don't want any angle on your ball joints. Angle caused mine to buck like mad, I used a digital angle finder to do this. Set that axle so it's straight on the ground dead flat. I replaced track bars and steering components and never made a single difference. I set my axle flat set my toe with two pieces of angle iron bolted to the wheel sticking out front and rear with slots cut for measuring tapes and set toe to 1/8 inch in and off I went. Havnt had an issue since. I don't even have a steering damper on it anymore. Probly gave 6k miles on it no issues at all

Thank you for your response. Are you saying you do your own front end alignments? I see you are in Yukon, I imagine there are plenty of washboard road surfaces there, lol. That is what triggers these death wobbles on my truck here in rural Texas. Would you be able to share more specific info on your procedure to set axle (caster?) straight up and down (0 degrees?) and toe (in?) 1/8 inch and tools required? I can follow directions pretty well if they are clear to me. Feel free to DM me if you'd rather. Thanks!
